Who this is not for
Selectivity is part of how the program works. Acceptance is at Leadstra's discretion. The honest list of who we'll politely decline:
- If your primary clients are individual consumers or enterprise (over $100M revenue), Leadstra's products don't fit the people you serve.
- If you currently resell a competing marketing-automation platform without willingness to discuss exclusivity, there's a conflict we can't resolve.
- If you can't commit to attending 9 of 12 monthly calls per year, the community piece won't work for you.
- If your network of small business decision-makers is under 25 active relationships, the math doesn't support the time investment on either side.
- If FTC affiliate disclosure isn't something you're willing to do, we can't move forward.
Declined applications can re-apply. Many partners we work well with today started in a discussion that wasn't a fit the first time around.

Who can apply?
Independent professionals who actively serve small business owners, fractional executives, business coaches, consultants, advisors, brokers. You don't need a marketing background; you need a network of decision-makers who trust your judgment.
How are commissions tracked and paid?
Every referral flows through your GHL sub-account into Leadstra's pipeline. You see real-time status: New Referral → Discovery Set → Closed Won/Lost. Commissions paid monthly via the method you set during onboarding.
Do I need exclusivity?
No. You can refer to other marketing services. We'll flag potential conflicts during application review and discuss them openly. The exception is if you're actively reselling a competing marketing-automation platform without willingness to discuss exclusivity, that's a hard conflict.
What's the time commitment?
Tier 2: ~60 minutes per month for the group call. Tier 1: that plus a monthly 1:1 with Dave (~60 min). Beyond those, time you spend referring is your call.
What's the Quick Start Bonus?
For your first qualifying referral within 90 days of joining, you earn a one-time bonus on top of the standard commission. The exact amounts are in the Partner one-pager we share as soon as you apply.
What if my referral doesn't close?
Standard affiliate model, no commission on lost deals. You'll get a notification with the reason so you can refine future referrals.
Can I bring my own CRM?
Yes. The GHL sub-account is provided to make referral submission and tracking frictionless, but you're not required to use it for your own client work.
