David Anderson

Founder & CEO

Dave founded Leadstra after two decades building, scaling, and running small businesses. He has been the owner in the room when a launch worked, when a key hire walked, and when the business could not run without him. Leadstra is the firm he wishes he had back then: strategy first, tools that do not need babysitting, and an advisor who has actually been there.

Fun factGot his start in the AV world, running technology support inside a large pharmaceutical client before moving from account management into sales.

Jamie Coler

Operations

Jamison Coler has more than 20 years of marketing experience. Known for turning complex marketing challenges into practical, repeatable systems, Jamie partners with business leaders to create marketing that works smarter—not harder—through strategy, technology, and clear communication.

Fun factIn 2008, while at Second Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis, Jamison, David and others pioneered the use of automated, remote video systems that enabled one person to effectively produce weekly live-streamed worship services. Fast -forward to 2020, they tirelessly installed these same types of systems in churches and businesses all over central Indiana, keeping congregants connected to their church families, and businesses connected to their staff and customers during the COVID pandemic.
