Thirty isn't enough to confirm a diagnosis and produce something written. Sixty rushes the math. Ninety lets us do the work properly without padding. After three hundred-plus of these sessions, ninety is the right length.
What's the difference between a Scan and a Blueprint?
The Scan is a focused diagnosis: one Scenario, one math equation, one first move, one page. The Blueprint is the complete strategic build — customer avatars, brand archetype, competitor analysis, buying-journey mapping, and a full 90-day action plan across all nine sections.
