A practical example
“Hi [Name], when we last spoke, [priority] was the issue you wanted to address. Is that still a priority? If it is, what would help you decide on a next step? If the timing has changed, that’s useful to know too.”
Illustrative example only. This is not a client result or a finding about your business.

How we look at the experience
Need
What creates a reason to act, what triggers it, and what slows or limits action?
Relevance
What makes your offer and your information useful to these people in their situation?
Trust
Where are they trying to get to, what steps lie along that journey, and what confidence or reassurance do they need at each step?
Questions before you begin
Do we need more research before we can start?
We start with the evidence available and make its limits clear. When a recommendation depends on something we do not know, we identify the question and a practical way to test it. We do not treat an owner interview as customer validation.
Does this include implementation?
It includes the agreed first asset or worked example and a plan you can use. Building the full recommended system is separate work. Growth Cycles are optional, and you are free to implement with your own team or another provider.
Will you tell us to replace what already works?
Useful relationships, activity and assets give us a foundation. The plan identifies what to keep, what to adjust and what deserves a test. Recommendations need to fit your business and the capacity of the people doing the work.
