GROWTH SYSTEMS

The Customer Experience Lens

See your business through the eyes of those who need to know you.
For founder-led professional services firms. Good conversations stall, and referrals don’t always turn into a next step. The Customer Experience Lens shows what prospects, customers and influencers need from you, where their experience falls short, and which change to make first.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE

What you receive

A clearer view. A useful first change.
01

Understand what is happening

We focus on one priority market and offer. A 90-minute interview and a review of the evidence you can share help us examine Need, Relevance and Trust. The written findings separate what the evidence shows, what you believe about your customers, and what still needs to be tested.
02

See which changes matter first

Get specific recommendations for your messaging, follow-up process and customer interactions, with a reason for each priority. A usable first asset or worked example shows what the change could look like in practice.
03

Put the plan to work

Your Blueprint action plan puts the recommendations in order, with owners, measures of progress and two recommended Action Track briefs. You can use it with your own team or another provider. The briefs define the next pieces of work; they are not unlimited build specifications.
PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

A practical example

When proposals go quiet, the next move depends on why.
A buyer may have a question you have not answered. Their priorities may have changed. They may need evidence for someone else involved in the decision. A follow-up reminder alone will not tell you which situation you face.
The Customer Experience Lens examines the messages, conversations and available records around that point. If the reason is not yet clear, the plan says what to ask or test rather than presenting a guess as a finding.
Illustrative first asset: a follow-up message your team can adapt.

“Hi [Name], when we last spoke, [priority] was the issue you wanted to address. Is that still a priority? If it is, what would help you decide on a next step? If the timing has changed, that’s useful to know too.”

Illustrative example only. This is not a client result or a finding about your business.

The plan would name the eligible opportunities, the person handling replies, when to pause follow-up and the measure to watch, such as useful replies or an agreed next step. A reply is useful even when the answer is “not now.”
THE ENGAGEMENT

The engagement

A plan you can use on its own.

THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LENS

$1,997

A plan you can use on its own.

  • One agreed priority market and offer
  • A usable first asset, your Blueprint action plan and two bounded Action Track briefs
  • Implementation is available separately, with no obligation to buy a Growth Cycle
The engagement includes:
  • A 90-minute intake interview
  • Review of the agreed evidence
  • A focused Customer Experience Lens assessment
  • Priority changes, each with a reason
  • A usable first asset or worked example
  • Your Blueprint with two Action Track briefs
We agree on the priority market, offer and available evidence before work begins. The interview is the starting point; the analysis and deliverables follow it.
The Customer Experience Lens identifies what to keep, what to change and what still needs testing before you commit to implementation. It can be the entire engagement. Your team can carry out the plan. Another provider can help. If you want Leadstra to implement the work, we scope that separately through Growth Cycles.
HOW WE LOOK

How we look at the experience

Need, Relevance and Trust.

Need

What creates a reason to act, what triggers it, and what slows or limits action?

Relevance

What makes your offer and your information useful to these people in their situation?

Trust

Where are they trying to get to, what steps lie along that journey, and what confidence or reassurance do they need at each step?

We look beyond the immediate buyer to the customers and influencers who shape the decision and the relationship. The purpose is to make your next message, process or interaction more useful to them.
COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions before you begin

Do we need more research before we can start?

We start with the evidence available and make its limits clear. When a recommendation depends on something we do not know, we identify the question and a practical way to test it. We do not treat an owner interview as customer validation.

Does this include implementation?

It includes the agreed first asset or worked example and a plan you can use. Building the full recommended system is separate work. Growth Cycles are optional, and you are free to implement with your own team or another provider.

Will you tell us to replace what already works?

Useful relationships, activity and assets give us a foundation. The plan identifies what to keep, what to adjust and what deserves a test. Recommendations need to fit your business and the capacity of the people doing the work.
