Groups meet bi-weekly and membership includes 1 hour per month of direct coaching from Leadstra staff.
The Small Business Mastermind is ideally suited for small businesses that sell to other businesses. We consider a 'small business' any organization where the owner(s) are actively engaged in the daily operations of the business. Our mastermind program is a group of no more than 10 small business owners that meet bi-weekly for 90 minutes.
Meetings include updates by all members, training topics presented by Leadstra or external experts, group discussion, and active networking. Topics explored and discussed include:
- Best business structure
- Building a financial model
- Understanding your place in the market
- SWOT analysis
- Building a brand
- Marketing plan
- Sales strategy
- Hiring and managing your human capital
- Developing an effective product line
- And much, much more
An experienced Leadstra facilitator will coordinate each group and help conduct the meeting.
